Before you record
- Set the orientation first
Bowling uses portrait. Squash has portrait and landscape challenges; use the guide for your format. Mount the phone in the required orientation and keep it there.
- Fix the phone on a tripod
Lock the legs, clamp and head. Follow your guide’s placement instructions and keep the equipment clear of play and access routes.
- Check a practice attempt
Keep the required playing area and targets visible throughout. In bowling, the camera must see the pins when the ball hits.
- Record your own challenge
One account belongs to one competitor. Use your own account to record and submit only your own challenge videos. Do not share accounts. Follow the challenge’s instructions and record continuously, without cuts.
